Made-to-Order and Personalised Items

All Aurelian Within pieces are individually made to order and personalised specifically for each customer.

Because our products are made to your specifications or clearly personalised, we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds where you have simply changed your mind.

Please check all names, wording, sizes, measurements and personalisation details carefully before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for errors in information supplied or approved by the customer.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Please contact us if your order:

• Arrives faulty or damaged

• Is not as described

• Is different from the personalisation details confirmed in your order

• Is not of satisfactory quality or fit for its intended purpose

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where appropriate.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund where required.

Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear or failure to follow the supplied care instructions is not considered a product fault.

Returning an Item

Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

Where a return is accepted because an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Items should be returned securely packaged. We recommend obtaining proof of postage and using a tracked delivery service.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be made using the original payment method.

Please allow sufficient time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
