AURELIAN WITHIN events are simple, relaxed gatherings for men who want to be part of something calm, honest and real.
There is no pressure to speak, no expectation to explain yourself and no need to arrive with the right words. Sometimes it may be a walk, sometimes a high tide sea dip, sometimes just time outdoors with a small group of like-minded men.
The purpose is simple, to create informal spaces where men can step away from the noise, spend time in nature and feel part of a supportive community.
These events are not therapy, counselling or advice sessions. They are social, grounded and human. A chance to meet, walk, talk, listen and reconnect at your own pace.

There is no pressure to talk, explain yourself or arrive in any particular way. Some events are about movement. Some are about stillness. Some are just about showing up, sharing space and being around like-minded men.
Events are social, informal and pressure-free. You can talk as much or as little as you want. The aim is not to perform, fix or force anything.
Simple. Grounded. Human.
Just turn up, be part of the space and move at your own pace.
High tide sea dips.
Regular beach meet-ups for grounding, sea dipping and time by the water. These usually follow the high tide, so times may vary between early morning and evening, depending on the tide.
These are intended to run throughout the year, in most weather conditions, where it is safe and sensible to do so.

Highdown Hill walks.
Informal walks around Highdown Hill and Gardens, offering open space, fresh air and easy conversation in a calm natural setting.
These walks are not about fitness or pace. They are simply a chance to walk, talk, listen or take a bit of quiet time outdoors.

Cissbury Ring walks.
Gentle walk along Worthing Promenade, with the sea beside you and open sky above.
These meet-ups are simple and accessible. No set pace. No pressure to talk. Just time by the coast with a small group of like-minded men.
A calm walk, fresh air and space to reconnect at your own pace.

Open walks around Cissbury Ring, with space, views and steady conversation along the way.
These walks are informal and relaxed. You can talk, listen or simply walk with the group.

Free social meet-up for men aged 18 and over.
A relaxed high tide sea dip and grounding meet-up beside the water.
No pressure.
No performance.
Just a calm hour by the sea with like-minded men. You can dip, paddle, stand barefoot, talk or simply be there.
Please bring a towel, suitable clothing and anything you need to feel comfortable before and after the water.
All dips are weather and sea condition dependent.
Safety comes first.
